Delivery Expectations

Delivery cost

Delivery is currently FREE throughout New Zealand (introductory offer). We use tracked courier delivery. A minimum order of $35.30 applies for free delivery eligibility; smaller orders incur a charge for the difference.

Delivery timeframe

Once dispatched, standard courier delivery takes 2–3 working days nationwide. Rural deliveries require approximately 5 additional working days.

Rural delivery

A $7 rural surcharge applies to all rural addresses regardless of order amount. If you don't declare a rural address, the carrier may hold your order until the rural fee is paid.

Multiple addresses

We can only deliver to a single New Zealand address per transaction. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Overseas, PO boxes and pick-ups

Overseas delivery is not currently available — NZ only.
PO box addresses cannot receive deliveries as signature confirmation at a physical location is required.
Pick-ups are not currently offered.

Order status

You can inquire about your order status by emailing help@theonlineprinter.co.nz. We aim to respond within the same working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email including a tracking number.
