What happens if your artwork is supplied incorrectly

We will contact you by email if your artwork is supplied incorrectly.

We will outline the issues in this email so you know exactly what needs to be fixed.

If appropriate, we may point you to the online artwork editor to help you supply your artwork correctly.

Common artwork issues

• Missing or insufficient bleed (we require 2mm for most products)
• Low-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI required)
• RGB colour mode instead of CMYK
• Incorrect file format (PDF required)
• Printer's marks included in the file
• Text or important content too close to the trim edge
