Print Turnaround
Our standard turnaround
Our standard turnaround is approximately 5–8 working days from the approval of your artwork files. Different products may have varying timelines. Faster or slower options may exist with associated charges or discounts.
Print turnaround is the production time only. Delivery time is calculated separately and added on to determine the total time for goods to reach you. See Delivery Expectations for courier timeframes.
Urgent orders
If you require an urgent turnaround, please contact us before placing your order. We emphasise that urgent service requires correct files — if files have issues and need amendments, this affects the turnaround regardless of urgency requested.
Weekends
Our production facility is closed on weekends. However, you may submit orders on Saturday or Sunday — these will receive Monday priority processing.
Public holidays
Production halts on public holidays, but orders submitted on a public holiday will receive next working day priority.
