Our Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
The use of this website, www.theonlineprinter.co.nz, and the site-related services will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the site's owner, Big Q Limited.
2. Changes
The company reserves the authority to modify terms, website content, products, and pricing without advance notification.
3. Orders
The Seller reserves the right to reject any order prior to acceptance or payment, including where the order cannot be fulfilled due to technical, legal, or production constraints.
4. Pricing
All displayed prices exclude GST; 15% GST is added during checkout. All transactions occur in New Zealand currency.
5. Delivery
Any number of days quoted for delivery of the Goods are indications only and the Seller will not be held responsible for any loss or expenses arising from delivery delays.
6. Returns & Refunds
Cancellations are allowed only if goods are not delivered within 28 days or if items arrive faulty. Custom and personalised products cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
7. Cancellation Fees
A minimum cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply for buyer-initiated cancellations.
8. Intellectual Property
Buyers warrant that they possess the rights to all provided artwork. The seller assumes no copyright infringement liability for artwork supplied by the customer.
