What happens if your artwork has issues

We will contact you by email if your artwork is supplied incorrectly. We will outline the issues in this email and set the status of the artwork in your order to "Needs Amendments".

Locate your artwork within the order and fix it

Follow these steps to find and amend the artwork in question:

  1. Navigate to "My Account" using the link in the header of the website.
  2. Click "Order History" in the side menu.
  3. Find the order in question and follow the linked order number.
  4. Under the order items section you will find the artwork job attached to your order. Note the "Needs Amendments" status. Click the Edit button to amend your artwork.
After making your corrections, the artwork will be resubmitted for review. We aim to process amendments quickly — usually within one working day.
